Avalanche dump truck liners are designed for the most demanding of applications and materials exposed to your equipment. Hauling concrete, demolition, asphalt and many other materials are part of the everyday life cycle of a dump truck, and our dump truck liners are designed to extend the life of dump trucks and other commercial hauling equipment. From temperatures below freezing to the summer heat, our dump truck liner easily releases sticky materials, meaning faster load release, less equipment damage, reduced chance of tip-over, less wear on hydraulics, minimal clean-up and reduced downtime.

The Haulk Liner by Quicksiler

If you are in need of a liner that can handle even more aggressive hauling applications like pig iron, bottom ash, rip rap, auto fluff, and highly abrasive stone, look no further than The HAULK® liner. The HAULK® is designed to provide even more longevity for those dirty hauling applications. At half the weight and cost, HAULK® is a lighter weight, less expensive alternative to stainless steel floors. HAULK® will provide better release and more protection than stainless floors, easily covering the entire floor and as high as needed on the sidewalls! The benefits are numerous with the HAULK®.

The HAULK® made its debut at MATS 2018 with none other than the original Hulk himself, Lou Ferrigno.

The HAULK® is a VIRGIN UHMW-PE liner that has been manufactured for over 30 years and has been highly successful in the lumber, paper, steel and agricultural industries. HAULK® is now fully weldable for truck linings and has been re-designed to encompass more high impact and high wear applications.

OVERVIEW
Heavy-duty polyethylene liners, providing maximum protection for your roll-off containers. Liner reduces potential leakage, lower wash-out costs and increase container longevity. They provide a cleaner, safer, easier way to dump debris, and other airborne contaminants. Easily installed by one person, The Liners quickly roll open and extend over the top and sides of the containers. Once full, the liner can simply be taped or stapled closed. Standard sizes are shown below but please call or request a quote for any other size.
